  1. Sign in to Google Groups.
  2.  Click Create group by the top left.
  3. Insert the group’s name, email address, and description.
  4. From the ‘Select a group’ type menu, select ‘Email list’.
  5. You can determine any settings you want under Basic permissions.
  6. At the top, click Create.
