To delete Google Drive files (bin files only) simply:

a. Go to your Google Drive

b. Right-click on a file → click Remove 

To permanently delete Google Drive files empty your bin:

a. Open your bin

b. Click ’empty bin’ at the top right.

c. Then click delete forever.
