To recover permanently deleted files from Shared Drive (Team Drive) you first need to be a Google Admin, then simply follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Google Admin Console here.
  2. Navigate to Apps โ†’ Google Workspace โ†’ Drive and Docs.
  3. Select the option Manage Team Drives.
  4. Identify the file to be restoredย  โ†’ click on the restore icon at the far right of the file tab.
  5. Choose a probable date range during which the file was deleted and click on โ†’ Restore Data.
  6. The deleted files will now be restored to the selected Team Drive.
