Do you need to see how many emails were sent to an address in a period of time?

Or maybe you had a spoofing attack and need to see what addresses were emailed from a compromised account? GAT makes this easy with the send receive table.

By default – opening Sender/Receiver tab will show the latest interactions from your domain email.

This will display the table showing both the combined total for each external domain and the combined total for each external user inside that domain.

The search performed under the ‘Emails’ tab will be carried over to the Sender/Receiver table.

The search performed under ‘Gmail Search’ are carried over and calculated to Sender/Receiver table

Internal senders’ will show you the number of emails sent from your domain users.

The ‘Internal receivers’ will show you the number of emails each local user received (Including cc’s and bcc’s).

The ‘External senders’ will show you all of the external senders and the number of emails they sent in

The fourth and last table ‘External receivers’ will show you the external receivers and how many emails they have received.

An admin can sort and export each of the tables based on ‘Email’, ‘Emails received’ and ‘Last seen’ fields.
