If you have a search term you need to find within files, you can use the File Content Search tab.

This section allows Google Workspace super admins or delegated auditors to search through the contents of files.

For example, I will search for files that contain the following words:

  • @gmail.com
  • @orange.fr

Navigate to Drive audit > File Content Search

File Content Search will scan through the contents and title looking for the above words.

If you are looking for a simple sentence and don’t want to use the above search operators.
