How to set up an Action set for OffBoarding G Suite users

  1. Launch GAT+ 
  2. On the left-hand side under Configuration select Flow (new UI)

  3. A new window will be opened – click to Login

  4. On the top bar, select Action set ( 1 ) then on right-hand side select Add new action set ( 2 )

  5. In Action set choose a name ( 1 ) for the set and set the type ( 1 ) for the Set.

  6. For this use case we Offboarding and all the actions, we want to be saved with this Action set.
    Click on
    Save ( 1 ) to save the action set

  7. When it is saved will be displayed alongside the other saved Action sets. It can be edited or deleted from the icons on the right side.

  8. To use the Action set select Create workflow set up name and type to OffBoarding

  9. Select the users you want to OffBoard by choosing individual users or a group of users.

  10. Once you select the users ( 1 ) click on Proceed to actions ( 2 ) to go further

  11.  In choose actions, select predefined action set above the actions

  12. A pop-up window will appear with all the action sets for OffBoarding – pick the one we just created (offboard support team)

  13. The list of all actions associated with the set will be displayed. The actions can be edited, click on send an approval request to the Security officer for approval.

  14. When the request is approved all the actions will come into effect and users will be removed from your GSuite domain as deleted accounts.
