GAT Flow: Create an action set for Onboarding G Suite users 1


How to create an Actions set for OnBoarding G Suite users and use it in your domain.

  1. Launch GAT+
  2. On the left-hand side under Configuration select Flow (new UI)

  3. A new window will be opened – click on it to Login

  4. From the top select Action set ( 1 ) then on right-hand side select Add new action set ( 2 )

  5. Pick a name ( 1 ) for the set and set the type ( 1 ) to On-Boarding.

  6. When name and type are selected a window will be displayed. Select any of the actions and fill the details for each of them. Click on Save ( 1 ) to continue.

  7. When it is saved will be displayed alongside the other saved Action sets. It can be edited or deleted from the icons on the right side

  8. To use the Action set select
    • Create workflow set up a name and set the type to OnBoarding

    •  In the select users, pick your domain name and the email preview. Select import users (in bulk) or add a new user manually.

  9. Add the users then click on Go to action from the bottom right corner.

  10.  Under the Choose actions tab, select the option for predefined action set above all the actions.

  11. A pop-up window will appear with all the action sets for OnBoarding – pick the one we just created (OnBoard Support team)

  12. A list of all actions associated with the set will be displayed. They can be edited on the go. Once ready click on send approval request

  13. The request have to be approved by the Security officer. When approved the actions will take effect and the user accounts will be added to your G Suite.

  14. The actions set will take effect and can be seen once the users log in to their accounts.
