GAT+ allows admins to modify existing G Suite users and change the accounts.
How to Modify multiple GSuite users in a bulk using GAT+.
The below example will explain how to modify the “sale” team and perform different actions on those accounts such as adding them to Calendars, set email signature, and many more.
On the left-hand side under Configuration select Flow
When logged in from the menu on the left click on Create workflow
Add a workflow name and pick the type to Modify
Run immediately after approval – This option allows to set up this to run in future time period. More details here
Click Next to proceed
When in Search for a user tab, pick the users you want to modify. Search for User, Group, or Org.Unit
They can be edited further by adding or removing users to the list
Click on to Proceed to action button.
Under Choose actions select any of the individual action or choose from the predefined action sets.
When the options from the menu are selected, fill in the info required.
Click and select Send approval request
A pop-up window will be displayed, click on Yes to proceed.
The progress and details of the request can be checked in the Workflow
The Security officer will receive email notification, that will lead them to the Flow approval page.
When approved the Modify action will take effect on all selected users.
To view, all details click on the eye icon on the right side.
