GAT+ How to Create a new user for your GSuite domain.

In GAT+ click and open Flow

 A new tab will be open – Click on Login

Select Create workflow

Enter Workflow name and  select workflow type (OnBoarding)

Click Next to proceed.

In Search for a user select the Domain, pick the Email prefix and choose an option to add new user or Import users

As example:

Click on Add new user and fill in the details.

Click on the arrow to expand the view and add additional details for the user such as Job title, department, addresses, phones, and so on.

Select Proceed to actions to continue

Under Choose actions pick any of the actions displayed on the left-hand side.

The selected action will be moved to the right-hand side.

Fill in details for each individual action and click on Send approval request.

Pop up window will be displayed.

Click Yes to send the request to Security officer

This will send an email notification to the Officer.

They can follow the links provided and Approve or Deny the request.

The request will be set and located in the Workflow tab.

Note: the Status will be as requested until it’s approved by the Security Officer

The status will be changed to Approved.

Click on the eye icon to see the actions.

The account and all the associated actions to this flow will be done.
