GAT Shield Alert Rules provide an ability to monitor specific websites only.

The rule will ignore activity on all other sites except for the sites you (Super Admin) have specified beforehand.

Navigate to Alert Rules

To get started find an existing Alert Rule or create a new Alert Rule. GAT Shield | Alert on Words Typed in Specific Websites Only 1

Page Content Inspection

From the drop-down menu, select Page Content Inspection.

Fill in the details as expected, in particular the field for the REGEX code. I entered a few bad words I want to alert on.
For example I used: (\W|)([Ff]uck|[Ss]hit|[Pp][Ii][Ss][Ss]).*?(\W|$)GAT Shield | Alert on Words Typed in Specific Websites Only 2

Only Websites You Wish to Monitor

Now enter the website you ONLY want to monitor bad language on.  ( Site inclusions )GAT Shield | Alert on Words Typed in Specific Websites Only 3

  1. Fill in the other fields as expected, most importantly who this rule will affect: GAT Shield | Alert on Words Typed in Specific Websites Only 4

Make sure to Save the rule was finished.

Now when any student from the Org Unit /Graduation Year uses the trigger words you specified you will get an alert.
