# Deprovision many Chromebooks in Bulk

### Introduction

Are you in a situation where you need to deprovision many Chromebooks in bulk?

But can't do it using the Google Workspace admin console?

Using GAT+, you can filter for many Chromebooks (hundreds or thousands) in a sequential consecutive order and then take actions on them like Deprovision or disable them.

### How-to Deprovision Bulk number of Chromebooks

Launch GAT+ using a Google Workspace Super Admin account or a GAT+ nominated delegated auditor account.

From the menu on the left **select ChromeOS Devices **

All your **enrolled Chromebooks will be displayed**, now you will need to filter (2) for the Chromebooks you're interested in.

### Apply filter for multiple devices

Filter for Chromebooks, remember the order in which you paste them is important.

Once the filter is applied and the Chromebooks you want are displayed. Select them using the top checkbox.

### Take action for many devices

From the button: **Chrome device bulk options** select the action you want.

Select **Deprovision** from the list.

A pop-up menu will be displayed.

Select the reason for the de-provisioning.

- Different model replacement
- Retiring device
- Same model replacement

When this is ready select the "confirm" button.

## Result

When the action is confirmed, Google will be informed immediately and the Chromebook status will be changed to **Deprovisioned.**
