# Google Drive Audit Export Options

## Google Drive Audit

When you need to export the search results data to a CSV or Google Spreadsheet, there are several options:

Navigate to **GAT+ > Drive > Apply the filter** you need and select the Export button.

### Export options

The data can be exported into Google Sheets or CSV format.

### Search result stats 

Export as one row with the result stats

### With members flattened (without paths)

Each file/folder is represented by one or more rows. Each row contains just one member, so a number of rows per file/folder depends on the number of its members 

### With paths 

Each file/folder is represented by just one row

### With paths (visible columns) 

Each file/folder is represented by just one row - (visible UI columns only will be in the export)

### Without paths 

Each file/folder is represented by just one row. Paths are not exported at all
