## ***Is GAT+ failing to run? Check these options in your Admin Console***

How to make sure GAT+ is running correctly and showing correct information from your domain?

Navigate to the [**Google Admin console **](https://admin.google.com/)

Click the **Google Apps menu** button on the top right corner of your Chrome session and click on the **Admin** button

In the Google Admin console, navigate to **Apps > Google Workspace Marketplace apps > Apps list**

Click on the **GAT+** app, and you will be brought to the page below.

Click 'Grant access' under **Data Access**. You should see 'Status: Granted' in green.

Click the Top-level OU and ensure**App Distribution** is**ON for everyone.**

There should be no other grey dots beside any other OUs aside from one on the Top-Level OU.

Click SAVE to finish.

Now you can click the GAT+ button in the Google Apps menu, and a new scan will begin to run.

**IMPORTANT NOTE:**As Google has deprecated its 'Google Sites' product, GAT cannot be granted access to it. You**may** see that the status is only **'Partially Granted' **during this step. However, once you have clicked the 'Grant access' button, you can consider this step finished.

### Access by Super Admin Only

### FAQ

**Q1:** Why does my GAT+ Data Access status show as "Partially Granted" even after I clicked "Grant Access"?

**A:** This is usually because Google has deprecated the "Google Sites" product. Because GAT+ can no longer be granted access to that specific service, the status may not show as fully granted. As long as you have clicked the "Grant Access" button, you can consider this step finished and the app functional.

**Q2:** What should I check in the Admin Console if my "Teacher Assist" YouTube controls are not working?

**A:** You must ensure that the YouTube service is enabled for your domain. Navigate to Apps > Additional Google Services > YouTube in your Google Admin console and verify that the service is turned ON for everyone (or the specific organizational units requiring the feature).
