# Make YouTube Videos Unlisted via GAT Flow

## Make YouTube Videos Unlisted via GAT Flow

GAT Flow offers the solution to make **YouTube videos unlisted** for any users in the domain. GAT Flow is a very comprehensive tool for [Google Workspace](https://workspace.google.com/) admins and auditors to manage users individually and in bulk in Google Workspace.

## **How to create a Workflow to unlist YouTube videos**

### Step 1.

Navigate to **GAT Flow > Create workflow** (1)

### Step 2.

In the **Define** **Workflow type** screen:

- Name the workflow (2)
- Select the type of workflow (3) - for this example, **Modify **

### Step 3.

In the **Search for a user** screen:

- Select the users who will have their videos **Unlisted**

### Step 4.

In the **Choose actions** screen:

- Select **Add action**(click on the **+ button**on the right, then **Add action**
- Search for **Make YouTube videos unlisted** action - All YouTube videos will be hidden from the user's profile page and will not appear in search results. They will remain accessible via links.
- **Send an approval request** to the Security Officer

In the Choose actions screen:

Select Add action (click on the + button on the right)
Search for Make YouTube videos unlisted action

### Result

When the action is selected, click on the Send approval request.

The Security Officer will receive an email for approval. Once approved, the action will be run.

If [pre-approval is enabled](https://gatlabs.com/knowledge/tech-tips/how-to-set-up-preapproval-acces-for-flow/), no approval will be required.

All YouTube videos will be hidden from the user's profile page and will not appear in search results. They will remain accessible via links.

There is always an option to visit GAT+ and double-check the status of any videos.

Note: A **scan** of the newly changed data might be required.
