You may also use this feature if you have found that employees at your company are receiving emails from a rival company, or in the case of an educational domain, where students are receiving emails from children at another school.<\/p>\n<p>We can combat this behaviour using <a href=\"https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/tech-tips\/flow-overview\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GAT Flow<\/a> to catch and forward these emails from a user&#8217;s account.<\/p>\n<h2>Setting up an Email Filter Workflow<\/h2>\n<h3>1. Select Users:<\/h3>\n<p>On the next screen, select the users that you would like the workflow to run on.<\/p>\n<p>For this example, we want to divert the email regardless of who receives it in their inbox. Approval and Execution:<\/h3>\n<p>Once the <a href=\"https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/tech-tips\/what-is-a-security-officer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">security officer<\/a> approves the request, the workflow will run and all users will have this filter in their <a href=\"https:\/\/accounts.google.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gmail.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> These steps do not prevent the end user from removing the filter.<\/p>\n<p>If you want to ensure that the users do not delete the filter, you can run these steps as a<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/tech-tips\/recurring-workflows\/\">Recurring<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/tech-tips\/recurring-workflows\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0workflow<\/a><\/strong> to run daily.
