The first factor is your username and password and the second factor is another method that you choose.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/tech-tips\/gat-overview\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GAT+<\/a> Alert Rules functionality can be configured by a <a href=\"https:\/\/workspace.google.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Google Workspace<\/a> Super Admin when these alerts are triggered by end-users the recipients of the rule get notified.<\/p>\n<p><strong>There are multiple types of Alert options:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applications<\/li>\n<li>Emails<\/li>\n<li>Drive<\/li>\n<li>YouTube<\/li>\n<li>Mobile Devices<\/li>\n<li>Users<\/li>\n<li>Users Security<\/li>\n<li>User Logins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Users Alert<\/h2>\n<p><strong>For U<\/strong><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\"><strong>sers,<\/strong> you can set up different alerts and be<\/span>\u00a0notified of different actions.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Notify on <strong>Two-Factor Authentication (2FA<\/strong>) backup codes used<\/li>\n<li><strong>Notify on 2FA disabled<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Notify when an account has not been used for a period of time<\/li>\n<li>Notify when an account is used again after x days of inactivity<\/li>\n<li>Notify when storage exceeded<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Configure Users Alert Rule<\/h3>\n<p>Navigate to <strong>GAT+ \u2192 Configuration \u2192 Alert Rules\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-42540 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/screenshot-gs.generalaudittool.com-2021.02.16-17_16_07.png\" alt=\"2FA\" width=\"601\" height=\"466\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Click on the &#8220;+ sign&#8221; enter the name of the Alert.<\/li>\n<li>Enabled &#8211; checkmark to enable or disable the Alert.<\/li>\n<li>Type &#8211; <strong>Users<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Scope &#8211; select what users for which alert will be triggered.<\/li>\n<li>Recipients &#8211;
