Create workflow<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Optionally this can be for <a href=\"https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/tech-tips\/workflow-triggered-by-an-event-on-users\/\">Event<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/tech-tips\/recurring-workflows\/\">Recurring<\/a> workflows<\/p>\n<p>Under &#8220;<strong>Workflow type&#8221;\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Name &#8211;\u00a0<\/b>enter a name for the workflow<\/li>\n<li>Description &#8211; enter a description of the workflow<\/li>\n<li><strong>Type<\/strong> &#8211; select <strong>Modify<\/strong> or Onboarding workflows<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Optional &#8211; Run immediately after approval<\/em> &#8211; enter the new password for the selected users<\/li>\n<li><strong>Change password at next login<\/strong> &#8211; enable or disable this option<\/li>\n<li><strong>Generate user password<\/strong> &#8211; auto-generate password for the users<\/li>\n<li><strong>Send user password<\/strong> &#8211; choose if you want to send the password to specific users<\/li>\n<li><strong>Password receiver<\/strong> option is displayed if <strong>Send user password<\/strong> is enabled\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Manager<\/strong> &#8211; the received will be the user who is\u00a0 added as Manager to the users<\/li>\n<li><strong>User private email<\/strong> &#8211; the receiver will be the private emails added to the users<\/li>\n<li><strong>Workflow creator<\/strong> &#8211; the receiver will be the Admin or Auditor who creates the workflow<\/li>\n<li><strong>Specified emails<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Approval request<\/h3>\n<p>Click on &#8220;<strong>Send approval request<\/strong>&#8221;
