Why set up email auto forwarding?<\/h2>\n

As a Google Workspace administrator, you may want to configure automatic email forwarding for some users in your domain for convenience, compliance, or security purposes.<\/p>\n

How to set up email auto-forwarding<\/h2>\n

To set up email auto-forwarding, navigate to GAT+ (1) > Users (2) > Email info (3)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Apply a filter (4)<\/strong> to retrieve the users whom you wish to set auto-forwarding for . E.G. use the filter definition Name – equal – John Smith <\/em>(5).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once ready, click on the Apply (6)<\/strong> button to trigger the search based on the criteria defined in the filter.<\/p>\n

When you run the filter, GAT+ returns the required result (1)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

To create an auto-forwarding request, navigate to the right side of the record row where the Actions<\/strong> column exists.<\/p>\n

Click on the arrow down button to display available options (2)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

From the drop-down menu, select the Set auto forwarding<\/strong> option (3)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
