It allows admins\/delegated auditors to use words or sentences to search through all of the files across your domain<\/strong> and it will return documents that contain<\/strong> them.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n Navigate to GAT+ > Drive > File Content Search<\/strong><\/p>\r\n Fill in the necessary details<\/p>\r\n In the example below, we search for a File that contains<\/strong> the sentence “Test for auto share removal”.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n Multiple other queries can be used.<\/p>\r\n Note<\/strong>: It might take some time for the search to complete depending on the search performed and the number of files you have in your domain.<\/p>\r\n The result<\/strong> files will contain <\/strong>the sentence –\u00a0 “Test for auto share removal” .<\/em><\/strong>Select the files you want to access, by clicking on the checkmarks beside the file title.<\/p>\r\n Select the files<\/strong> needed -> File operations<\/strong> button -> Create new access request\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n A pop-up window will be displayed.<\/p>\r\n When the request is sent, the Security officer<\/strong> will receive an email notification for approval.<\/p>\r\n When “click here<\/strong>” the Security officer can Approve or Deny the request.<\/p>\r\n When it is approved, an email<\/strong> will be sent to the requester,\u00a0<\/strong>that it is approved.<\/p>\r\n When the request is approved, the Admin can click on the “previous searches”<\/strong> button and select the previous filter applied.<\/p>\r\n Click on the green checkmark<\/strong> under Actions<\/strong><\/p>\r\n This will filter back the previous search and show the result.
