There are multiple reports that can be set up and generated based on Files or Emails or any other aspect of the <a href=\"https:\/\/workspace.google.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Google Workspace<\/a> domain.<\/p>\n<p>In GAT+, we also have Alert rules. There are different types of alerts that can be set up on a domain.<\/p>\n<p>For example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applications &#8211; alert for Applications usage<\/li>\n<li><strong>Emails &#8211; alerts for Email usage<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Drive &#8211; alerts for Drive usage<\/li>\n<li>YouTube &#8211; alerts for YouTube usage<\/li>\n<li>Mobile devices &#8211; alerts for Mobile device usage<\/li>\n<li>Users &#8211; alerts for Users<\/li>\n<li>Users&#8217; logins &#8211; alerts for User logins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>How to configure Gmail alerts for Google Workspace users<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Open GAT+ , then navigate to <strong>Alert rules\u00a0<\/strong>under\u00a0<strong>Configuration.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" alerts<\/h3>\n<p>Click on the\u00a0<strong>+\u00a0<\/strong>sign to open a new window and fill in the details for your needs.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter the <strong>name<\/strong> of the\u00a0<strong>Alerts<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click on the\u00a0<strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Enabled\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">checkmark for the rule to be active<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Under\u00a0<strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Type, <\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">select\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Emails<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>In the\u00a0<strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Scope, <\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">select user, group, or org. unit.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li>For\u00a0<strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">recipients, <\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">select and add a user or group email that will receive the options<\/h4>\n<p>Choose any of the options available for the Email alert rules.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alert on <strong>External email forwarding<\/strong> (when email forwarding is enabled)<\/li>\n<li>Alert on <strong>Email delegation<\/strong> (when email delegation is set)<\/li>\n<li>Alert on <strong>new Gmail filters<\/strong> (when a new Gmail filter is added)<\/li>\n<li>Alert on <strong>new email Send as\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Alert on<strong> number of external emails received<\/strong> (emails in a 24 hour period)<\/li>\n<li>Alert on <strong>number of external emails sent<\/strong> (emails in a 24 hour period)<\/li>\n<li>Alert on number of external emails sent (by number. of recipients)\n<ul>\n<li><em>Note: It also includes the number of (external) members in groups!<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Alert on number of internal emails received<\/li>\n<li>Alert on number of internal emails sent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img rule<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>is created it can be found in the Alert rules where an admin can quickly see the name of the rule, the type of the rule if it is enabled, what scope, and the recipients.<\/p>\n<h3>Edit the rule<\/h3>\n<p>Under the summary tab, an admin can see exactly the alerts enabled for this rule.<\/p>\n<p>Under the\u00a0<strong>actions\u00a0<\/strong>tab, the rule can be viewed (<strong>eye icon),\u00a0<\/strong>it can be\u00a0<strong>edited\u00a0<\/strong>from the\u00a0<strong>pen\u00a0<\/strong>icon, or deleted from the alerts<\/h3>\n<p>When the alerts are triggered, they will be displayed in <strong>GAT &gt; Alerts<\/strong> or <strong>Dashboard &gt; Alerts<\/strong> for every Super Admin to view.<\/p>\n<p><img
