With GAT Flow you are now able to Bulk add Users’ permissions to selected Calendars!<\/p>\n

Admins can enable users of their domain to have access rights such as Owner, Reader, Writer to selected calendars<\/p>\n

First steps<\/h3>\n

Firstly Ensure that you are on ‘GAT Flow’<\/strong> by selecting the Flow tool from the drop-down panel on the top left corner.<\/p>\n

You can now create an event workflow by selecting ‘Create Workflow’<\/strong> on the side panel.<\/p>\n

Workflow Type<\/h3>\n

Then in the ‘Workflow Type’<\/strong> section select a ‘Name’<\/strong> for your Flow event, in this case, we shall call it ‘Bulk Calendar Add’<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Then select the ‘Type’<\/strong> of action you need from the drop-down bar, for this example, we will ‘Modify’<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Click ‘Next’<\/strong> to proceed.<\/p>\n

Search For User<\/h3>\n

Now that you are in the ‘Search for a user’\u00a0<\/strong>section you can select users by searching by user email, group, or OU.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In this example, we will search multiple users by their email, After doing so move onto the final section by selecting ‘Proceed to actions’<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

From the menu on the left search for “Calendar<\/strong>“. Then click on “Add user to calendars<\/strong>”<\/p>\n
