You cannot add or remove sites from them. If you need to add or remove sites, simply create a new category containing the sites you want to allow or block.<\/p>\n<h2>Activate the Rule<\/h2>\n<p>Fill in the details for the rule:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name &#8211;
