When the Signature template is created, the Admin can use it on any User, Group, or Org unit of users.<\/p>\n

Automatic assignment of the signature<\/h3>\n
By default, the signature will be applied and re-applied on a daily basis for all the included users automatically. If an end user on your domain happens to modify their signature, Email Signature Manager will re-apply the assigned signature daily<\/p>\n
If there is more than one signature applied per user, the priority set would be used to decide the signature assigned.<\/p>\n
