Audit domain Downloads<\/h2>\r\nNavigate to GAT Shield (1) -> Audit (2) -> Downloads (3)<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThere you can see the table (4) with all files downloaded by your users through their Chrome browsers.\r\n\r\n\"GAT\r\n

NOTE:<\/strong> By default, there is a Date<\/b>\u00a0filter set up for the “Last 24 Hours<\/strong>” (1). If there are no records returned by Shield (2), it means there were no downloads happening within that time frame. Change the Date<\/strong> filter to different (3) to review other records.<\/p>\r\n

How to Manage Domain-Wide Downloads in Google Workspace?<\/h2>\r\nApart from a Date filter you can apply any filter needed to achieve the searchable results needed for auditing purpose.\r\n

Start by applying filters<\/h3>\r\nLet’s use a filter to find a specific set of results.\r\n\r\nUsing the “Advanced” button , start creating a desired filter to search for a specific OU.\r\n\r\nTo do so, navigate to Shield (1)\u2192 Audit (2)\u2192 Downloads (3)\u2192 Advanced (4)\u00a0<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThe new window appears where you can start building the query (5)<\/strong>.\r\n\r\nIn this example we used the following conditions to build up the filtering option (6)<\/strong>:\r\n
