Set an Alert when New Email Delegation is Enabled in Gmail.<\/p>\n

In GAT+ an Admin can set an alert and get notified every time a new Email delegation is enabled<\/strong> for a user of your domain.<\/p>\n

Configuration<\/h2>\n

Navigate to GAT+ > Configuration > Alert Rules<\/strong><\/p>\n

Alert Rules<\/h2>\n

Click on the\u00a0+\u00a0<\/strong>sign and a new window will be displayed, fill in the details, and click Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Set Parameters<\/h2>\n

  • Set up a\u00a0Name\u00a0<\/strong>for the rule<\/li>\n
  • Set the checkmark to Enabled<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Set the\u00a0Type\u00a0<\/strong>to\u00a0<\/span>Email<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Choose the scope who will be affected by this alert rule\n

    • It can be a user, group, or org. unit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Pick and select the Recipient\u00a0<\/strong>it can be a local user from the domain or it can be a custom one.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Select the checkmark for\u00a0Alert on Email delegation<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Click on S<\/strong>ave\u00a0<\/strong>to activate the rule.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Review Alert Status<\/h2>\n

      When the rule\u00a0<\/strong>is created it can be found in the\u00a0Alert rules\u00a0<\/strong>under the\u00a0configuration.<\/strong><\/p>\n
