The audit allows an extensive and detailed view of the entire domain Drive files.<\/p>\n<p>GAT+ allows the Admin to view all the External owned files on the Domain.<\/p>\n<p>There are a few different ways to see all those files.<\/p>\n<h3>External users tab<\/h3>\n<p>Navigate to<strong> GAT+ &gt; from the table to filter <strong>all external users<\/strong> who <strong>own the files part of your Domain.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>View from a user perspective how many files the external user has:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Owns (not ours)<\/strong> &#8211; where the user matches the user email<\/li>\n<li><strong>Can edit (any doc)<\/strong> &#8211; where the contributors contain the user email<\/li>\n<li><strong>Can edit (our docs only)<\/strong> &#8211; where contributors contain the user email AND owner matches out domain(s).\n<ul>\n<li>Note that <strong>shared drive<\/strong> contents are <strong>not counted\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Can view (any doc)<\/strong> &#8211; where the viewers contain the user email<\/li>\n<li><strong>Can view (our docs only)<\/strong> &#8211; where viewers contain the user email AND owner matches our domain(s).\n<ul>\n<li>Note that <strong>shared drive<\/strong> contents are<strong> not counted<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Externally owned filter<\/h3>\n<p>Navigate to <strong>GAT+ &gt; Externally owned files,\u00a0<\/strong>the Admin can take action on those files.<\/p>\n<p>Navigate to <strong>GAT+ &gt; Files &gt; Shared in<\/strong> &#8211; files<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For <strong>Externally owned files<\/strong> (Shared in) you <strong>cannot remove permissions<\/strong> &#8211;
