Under\u00a0<strong>Define Workflow Type<\/strong>\u00a0section, enter the workflow\u00a0<strong>Basic Information<\/strong>\u00a0as follows:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>Workflow name <\/strong>\u2013 enter a name for the workflow<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Workflow description<\/strong>\u00a0(optional)- enter a description of the workflow\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Type<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 select the workflow type\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Offboarding\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 Offboard users<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><strong>IMPORTANT<\/strong>: This action cannot be undone. Selected accounts will be deleted if workflow ends with success. All emails and files once removed can be restored within 20 days using the G Suite Admin Console otherwise they will be gone forever.<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Run immediately after approval<\/strong>\u00a0(selected by default) \u2013 pick up a date when the workflow is to run if applicable. Under the\u00a0<strong>Add user<\/strong>\u00a0section there are the following options to use:<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Select user by<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>User<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Search and select individual user(s)<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Group<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Search and select a Group of users<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Org. unit<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Search and select Org. Actions<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Under\u00a0<strong>Choose Actions <\/strong>you will see a\u00a0<strong>list of different actions<\/strong>\u00a0that can be taken for\u00a0the<strong> Offboarding<\/strong> workflow.<\/p>\r\n<p>Set up the workflow actions by clicking on the \u201c<strong>+<\/strong>\u201d button on the left side of the workflow diagram to\u00a0<strong>Add
