Custom Tags\u00a0<\/h2>\r\n

Custom Tags are tags that can be created by the Admin. Those Tags can then be used by the Admin to assign the Tag to a specific set of data for Drive files and Emails.<\/p>\r\n

The Emails and Drive files can be marked by the Tag and filtered by it.<\/p>\r\n

How to Create Custom Tags<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Navigate to\u00a0GAT+<\/strong>\u00a0\u2192 Configuration \u2192 General \u2192 Settings \u2192 Custom search tags \u2192 Add a tag \u2192 Save\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Add or Remove Tags to and from Files or Emails<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

When the appropriate tags have been created, they will be accessible to other super Admins or Delegated auditors in the Email and Drive audit. \u00a0<\/p>\r\n

Add TAG for Emails<\/b><\/h3>\r\n

Navigate to\u00a0GAT+<\/strong>\u00a0\u2192 Configuration \u2192 General \u2192 Settings \u2192 Custom search tags – Add Tag (Enter name for the tag (new custom tag)) click on it > Save<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Whent the Tag is created you can go on and assign Emails to the Tag.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Navigate to Email > Emails > Apply filter\u00a0 (funnel icon)<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Search for any emails needed.<\/p>\r\n

  • Accounts = user@email.com<\/li>\r\n
  • Gmail date (relative) in the last X days)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

    Use the checkbox next to the email subject to select<\/strong> them (1).<\/p>\r\n

    Note:\u00a0<\/strong> Click on the check mark beside “Subject” will select all items of the search.<\/p>\r\n

    When the emails are selected click on the Email operations<\/strong> button (2).<\/p>\r\n

    A drop-down menu will be displayed select Add\/Remove custom tags<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    A pop-up menu will be displayed. Fill in the details required:<\/p>\r\n

    • Add<\/strong>\/Remove the custom Tag<\/li>\r\n
    • Choose<\/strong> the tag required<\/li>\r\n
    • Confirm<\/strong> \u2013 The selected Emails will be assigned to the chosen Tag<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      Select Add<\/strong> and choose your custom tag and then Confirm<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

      The Tag (Audit emails User X) will be assigned<\/strong> to the selected Emails.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      Search for the Tagged emails<\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      Click on the “Apply Custom filter”<\/strong> button.<\/p>\r\n

      In the search, the Definition<\/strong> area selects the search operator Tags (custom) <\/strong>and chooses the tag you wish to view.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      Remove and Edit Emails from the Tag<\/h4>\r\n

      Select the Emails (all or any) of the “Tagged” emails. Click on the Email operations<\/strong> button. Drop-d0wn menu will be displayed select Add\/Remove custom tags<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      A pop-up menu will be displayed. Fill in the details required:<\/p>\r\n

      • Remove\/<\/strong>Add–<\/strong> Element from the selected Tag<\/li>\r\n
      • Choose<\/strong> the tag required<\/li>\r\n
      • Confirm<\/strong> \u2013 The selected email will be removed from the Tag<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

            Navigate to\u00a0GAT+<\/strong>\u00a0\u2192 Configuration \u2192 General \u2192 Settings \u2192 Custom search tags \u2192 Click on the X button beside the Tag\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

            Click on the Save<\/strong> button, the Tag will be removed<\/strong><\/p>\r\n
