Teacher Assist (TA)<\/strong><\/a> \u00a0is one of GAT Labs\u2019 family of tools \u2014\u00a0 it allows teachers working in Google Workspace to view and monitor students\u2019 online activity (and screens) in real-time.<\/p>\n

Teachers can monitor students’ online activity in real-time. Additionally, teachers can view and access students’ Google Drive files.<\/p>\n

By default, teachers will be able to see a Student’s MyDrive structure for all files and folders.<\/p>\n

If the teacher has access to students’ files, they’ll be able to access them directly. If the file is private and the teacher does not have access to the file, they’ll be able to request access from the students’ end.<\/p>\n

Access Student’s Google Drive<\/h2>\n

Navigate to Teacher Assist<\/strong> and start<\/strong> the Classroom session by picking one of the Courses.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the Classroom Session,<\/strong> hover over the student whose Drive you want to check.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A new window will be displayed with the Drive Files of the selected Student.<\/p>\n

The Teacher can view<\/strong> the Student’s Google Drive:<\/strong><\/p>\n
