delete them from your domain<\/li>\n<li><strong>Modify<\/strong> &#8211; Suspend the users, if they need to be &#8216;reactivated&#8217; at a later time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Create workflow<\/h4>\n<p>A new window will be opened.<\/p>\n<p>Select <strong>Create workflow<\/strong> from the menu on left<\/p>\n<p>In &#8220;<strong>Workflow type&#8221; <\/strong>add a name and pick the workflow type to Offboarding or Modify<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Modify &#8211; you can &#8216;suspend user&#8217;, that can be re-activated.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Offboard &#8211; <strong>click<\/strong> and <strong>select the time<\/strong> when the <strong>workflow is to be executed.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Workflow can be set up to run in the selected future time<\/p>\n<p>Click on the <strong>Next\u00a0<\/strong>button to proceed<\/p>\n<h4>Search user<\/h4>\n<p>In <strong>Search for a user\u00a0<\/strong>pick the users that <strong>will be offboarded when the scheduled time comes in<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Search for users, groups of users, or org. unit of users<\/li>\n<li>Import users &#8211; This can be either to Archive the user, Suspend the user or Delete the user.
