archive the email directly<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mark as read<\/strong> &#8211; mark the email as read<\/li>\n<li><strong>Star it<\/strong> &#8211; set up the email as &#8220;starred&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Apply the label<\/strong> &#8211; enter a label<\/li>\n<li><strong>Forward it to<\/strong> &#8211; Select to who to auto-forward the email. Select any user or pick Manager (person who is added as Manager to the selected users will be selected)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delete it<\/strong> &#8211; delete the email<\/li>\n<li><strong>Never send it to spam<\/strong> &#8211;
