will be added to the screen, <b>create the email filter\u00a0<\/b>as you like.<\/p>\n<p>Fill in the info required for the filter:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> At least one criteria needs to be provided<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>From &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>enter email &#8220;From&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><strong>To &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>enter email &#8220;To&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Subject &#8211;<\/strong> enter the subject of the email<\/li>\n<li><strong>Includes the words &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>the email includes words<\/li>\n<li><strong>Doesn&#8217;t have &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>the email does not have what words<\/li>\n<li>Size comparison &#8211; archive the email directly<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mark as read<\/strong> &#8211; mark the email as read<\/li>\n<li><strong>Star it<\/strong> &#8211; set up the email as &#8220;starred&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Apply the label<\/strong> &#8211; enter a label<\/li>\n<li><strong>Forward it to<\/strong> &#8211; Select to who to auto-forward the email. Select any user or pick Manager (person who is added as Manager to the selected users will be selected)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delete it<\/strong> &#8211; delete the email<\/li>\n<li><strong>Never send it to spam<\/strong> &#8211;
