For this example, we will create a simple workflow.<\/p>\n<h2>Define Workflow Type<\/h2>\n<p>Navigate to <strong>Create workflow<\/strong> section of GAT Flow. Under <strong>Define Workflow Type<\/strong>\u00a0section, enter the workflow\u00a0<strong>Basic Information<\/strong>\u00a0as follows:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Workflow name\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 enter a name for the workflow<\/li>\n<li><strong>Workflow description<\/strong>\u00a0(optional)- enter a description of the workflow<\/li>\n<li><strong>Type<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 select the workflow type\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Modify <\/strong>OR<strong> Onboarding<\/strong>\u2013\u00a0<strong>Modify<\/strong> users OR Onboard users<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Run immediately after approval<\/strong>\u00a0(selected by default) \u2013 pick up a date when the workflow is to run if applicable. Under the\u00a0<strong>Add user<\/strong>\u00a0section there are the following options to use:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Select user by<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>User<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Search and select individual user(s)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Group<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Search and select a Group of users<\/li>\n<li><strong>Org. unit<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Search and select Org.
