Create Workflow &gt; Onboarding type<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the &#8220;<strong>Search for a User<\/strong>&#8221; tab select <strong>Generate user password\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Click on to enable the &#8220;Generate user password&#8221;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Password receiver<\/strong> &#8211; select who to receive the generated password (multiple receivers can be selected at once, <em>e.g. Workflow creator and Manager<\/em>)\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Manager<\/strong> &#8211; The user who is set as Manager will receive the generated password<\/li>\n<li><strong>User private email<\/strong> &#8211; The email that is set up in the &#8220;user private email&#8221; field, will receive the generated password<\/li>\n<li><strong>Workflow creator<\/strong> &#8211; The workflow creator (Admin who creates the workflow) will receive the generated password<\/li>\n<li><strong>Specified emails<\/strong> &#8211; Create Workflow &gt; Modifying type<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the &#8220;<strong>Choose actions<\/strong>&#8221; tab select<strong> Users &gt;<\/strong> <strong>Change user password\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Click on to enable the &#8220;<strong>Generate user password<\/strong>&#8221;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Password receiver<\/strong> &#8211;
