to set up and take automated actions on their domain users.<\/p>\n<p>There are multiple different actions that can be taken for users, one of them is to generate passwords for users.<\/p>\n<h2>Generate passwords<\/h2>\n<h2>User Onboarding workflow<\/h2>\n<p>Navigate to <strong>Flow &gt; Create Workflow\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In\u00a0<strong>Define<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Workflow Type \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>select the workflow type and name<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Name\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 enter a name for the workflow<\/li>\n<li><strong>Type<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 select the workflow type\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Onboard<\/strong> \u2013 onboard the new users to the domain<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Description (optional) \u2013 a description of the workflow can be added<\/li>\n<li><strong>Run immediately after instructions)<\/p>\n<p>Once finished, click anywhere outside the action node to close it and select <strong>Send Approval Request<\/strong>\u00a0to the Security Officer for review.<\/p>\n<p>After selecting\u00a0<strong>Send Approval Request<\/strong>\u00a0(1), a confirmation message will appear.\u00a0<strong>Confirm<\/strong>\u00a0to continue (2).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" needed.<\/p>\n<h3>Results<\/h3>\n<p>As a result of the action, the <strong>new<\/strong> <strong>user&#8217;s password <\/strong>will be automatically generated and sent to the workflow Recipient as &#8220;<strong>Generate user password<\/strong>&#8221; option (2), &#8220;<strong>Send user password<\/strong>&#8221; option (3), and select the &#8220;<strong>Password receiver&#8221;<\/strong> (4).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<strong>Password receiver&#8221;<\/strong> allows to select who to receive the generated password (multiple receivers can be selected at once<em>, e.g Workflow creator and Specified email<\/em>):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Manager<\/strong> &#8211; The user who is set as Manager will receive the generated password<\/li>\n<li><strong>User private email<\/strong> &#8211; The email that is set up in the &#8220;user private email&#8221; field, will receive the generated password<\/li>\n<li><strong>Workflow creator<\/strong> (default setup)- The workflow creator (Admin who creates the workflow) will receive the generated password<\/li>\n<li><strong>Specified emails<\/strong> &#8211; The password will be sent to the email(s) specified in the field &#8216;<strong>Send
