Unit<\/strong> &#8211; if the user is a member of a specific org. unit<\/li>\n<li><strong>Active<\/strong> &#8211; if users are Active or not<\/li>\n<li><strong>Suspended<\/strong> &#8211; if users are Suspended or not<\/li>\n<li><strong>Archived<\/strong> &#8211; if users are Archived or not<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cost center<\/strong> &#8211; if the value of the Cost center is matching or not<\/li>\n<li><strong>Department<\/strong> &#8211; if the value of the Department is matching or not<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manager<\/strong> &#8211; if the value of Manager is matching or not<\/li>\n<li><strong>Title<\/strong> &#8211; if the value of the Title is matching or not<\/li>\n<li><strong>Building ID<\/strong> &#8211; if the value is equal to Building ID or not<\/li>\n<li><strong>Custom attributes<\/strong> &#8211; any defined customer attributes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Example<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the below workflow we are adding conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>If Department equals Sales\u00a0<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>No<\/strong> &#8211; end with the Finish node &#8211; meaning if Department does not match Sales &#8211; do not take any action (left node)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Yes<\/strong> &#8211; Set email signature for the selected users &#8211; meaning if Department equals &#8220;Sales&#8221; &#8211; do take action and change their signature (right node)\n<ul>\n<li>Finish &#8211; end the node and the workflow itself.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4080\" src=\"https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/2022-07-20-15_09_03-GAT-Flow.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1535\" height=\"844\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/2022-07-20-15_09_03-GAT-Flow.png 1535w, https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/2022-07-20-15_09_03-GAT-Flow-300x165.png 300w, https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/2022-07-20-15_09_03-GAT-Flow-1024x563.png 1024w, https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/2022-07-20-15_09_03-GAT-Flow-768x422.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1535px) 100vw, 1535px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When ready with the Conditional workflow click on <strong>Send approval request<\/strong><\/p>\n<h6>Result<\/h6>\n<p>When the Conditional workflow is approved, it will be set to run.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>If the condition of the Department of the Users is equal to &#8220;Sales&#8221; their signature will be changed. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>If the Department of the Users is not equal to &#8220;Sales&#8221; the signature will not be changed.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GAT Flow is a powerful user management tool for Google Workspace admins.
