Fill in and define the workflow type<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Name \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>enter a workflow name<\/li>\n<li>Description \u2013 enter a description for the workflow (optional)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Type \u2013<\/strong> Select the type\u00a0<strong>Offboarding<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Event<\/strong> \u2013 select the <strong>User<\/strong><b>\u00a0suspended\u00a0<\/b>event type<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Active<\/strong> \u2013 activate the Event workflow<\/li>\n<li>Additional options &#8211;\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add Notification recipients to notify users and groups when the workflow ends.<\/li>\n<li>Select tags in <a href=\"https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/tech-tips\/how-to-create-workflow-tags-in-gat-flow\/\">Workflow Tags<\/a> to help with workflow categorisation. Tags can be created in settings module<\/li>\n<li>Preapproved\u00a0\u2013 When\u00a0<strong>on\u00a0<\/strong>the workflow does not need to be approved, when\u00a0<strong>off\u00a0<\/strong>the workflow (action after the user is moved to Group or Org unit) has to be approved again.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If this option is selected, every workflow to run will be automatically approved.
