GAT Flow<\/a>\u00a0is a tool allowing Admins to\u00a0OnBoard<\/strong>,\u00a0OffBoard<\/strong>, and\u00a0Modify<\/strong> existing accounts of your domain.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

By default, the tool is for\u00a0Super admins only<\/strong>, but\u00a0Flow<\/strong>\u00a0can be set and given access to (non-admin)\u00a0delegate<\/strong>\u00a0users.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Allow an admin to delegate access to GAT+ Flow to a (non-admin) account, thus allowing the new user to create, delete, and modify<\/strong>\u00a0existing accounts<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Set up Delegated access to Flow<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Navigate to\u00a0GAT+ \u2192 Flow\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

In GAT<\/strong> Flow,<\/strong> select Configuration<\/strong> > Delegate role<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Click New delegate role, and a pop-up window will be displayed.<\/p>\r\n

  • User<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 enter the user who will have access to Flow<\/li>\r\n
  • Role<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Flow<\/strong><\/li>\r\n
  • Active<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 enable or disable the User role<\/li>\r\n
  • Valid to<\/strong> \u2013 select the date until the user will have access to the Flow<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Click on the\u00a0Create <\/strong>button.<\/p>\r\n

    Log in to Flow as a (non-admin) delegate<\/h3>\r\n

    The delegated user can log in to\u00a0Flow\u00a0<\/strong>from the Google Apps<\/strong> button.<\/p>\r\n
