- A lost or misplaced device is logged into the domain.<\/li>\r\n
- The user forgot to sign out from the shared Device\u00a0<\/li>\r\n
- The account is signed on another device to their domain Google Drive<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Below are the steps to follow to achieve this:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Create workflow<\/h3>\r\n
First, navigate to\u00a0Flow > Create workflow\u00a0<\/strong>(1).<\/p>\r\n
Workflow type<\/h3>\r\n
In the\u00a0Workflow<\/strong>\u00a0fill in the details. You can set it up also as an\u00a0Event workflow\u00a0<\/strong>or\u00a0Recurring workflow.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

- Name<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 enter the name of the workflow (2)<\/li>\r\n
- Description<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 enter a description for the workflow (optional)<\/li>\r\n
- Type<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 select what workflow type you would like to run\r\n
- \r\n
- Modify<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 modify existing users (3)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
- Include suspended users<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 enable or disable to allow you to select users who are currently suspended:\r\n
- \r\n
- If enabled \u2013 you will be able to select even users who are suspended<\/li>\r\n
- If disabled \u2013 you will be able to select only users who are active<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
- Run immediately after approval<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 provides an option to schedule the workflow to run in a selected future time (optional)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n
Later click\u00a0Next<\/strong>\u00a0(4) to proceed.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Select the users for whom you would like to run the workflow on (1). You can select a user, group of users, or org. unit of users (2), and even use the Import users option.<\/p>\r\n
After selecting the users, click on the\u00a0Next<\/strong>\u00a0button (3).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

When\u00a0Approved<\/strong> and the job is “Done”<\/strong>\u00a0the action will take\u00a0effect<\/strong> and the user\u00a0will be forced singed out<\/strong>\u00a0of their Google account.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
The result for the Admin can be seen in Flow > Workflow <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
