It allows Admin to view all files <strong>shared out<\/strong> from their domain and or <strong>shared in<\/strong> from outside and create a copy of these drive files, in this post, we will explain how you can achieve this.<\/p>\n<p>To find out which externally owned files have been shared in with one or more users from your domain, the below action should be taken:<\/p>\n<p>In GAT+ navigate to\u00a0<strong>Drive (1) &gt; access).<\/p>\n<p>An Admin cannot change the ownership of the externally owned file and transfer the ownership to a user from the local domain.<\/p>\n<p>However, an Admin can <strong>request to copy the externally owned files<\/strong> and place them to any user&#8217;s My Drive in the local domain <strong>ONLY<\/strong> if any of the users from the domain has <strong>Editor\/Contributor<\/strong> privileges given by the owner of the external file. \u00a0It is <b>not possible to move them to\u00a0<span class=\"il\">Shared<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"il\">Drive<\/span><\/b>\u00a0via GAT+.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"4-toc-title\" class=\"betterdocs-content-heading\">Copy Externally owned files<\/h2>\n<div class=\"ose-youtube ose-uid-1b96d2cb4d2d09e85b0598a9787ab3e6 ose-embedpress-responsive\" style=\"width:900px;
