Private events will appear to users with reader access, but event details will be hidden.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>\u201cWriter\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Read and write access to the calendar. Private events will appear to users with write access, and event details will be visible.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>\u201cOwner\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Ownership of the calendar. This role has all of the permissions of the writer\u2019s role with the additional ability to see and manipulate ACLs.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The ability to modify these ACL permissions is very easy with the GAT+ tool.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Apply change\u00a0<\/h3>\r\n<p>In the Calendar section, select any user whose calendar you want to update.<\/p>\r\n<p>On the right side, under the Actions button, select Modify permissions.<\/p>\r\n<p>A pop-up window with calendar permissions management will be displayed.\u00a0 Fill in the details to add or remove users to the selected calendar.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-twentytwentyone-border\"><\/figure>\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-14742 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/2025-09-12-15_59_52-Greenshot.png\" alt=\"A GAT+ tool interface is displayed, focused on the calendar permissions of a user.
