With GAT+ you can create a scheduled report that allows you to identify and replace all files with ‘Public’ to ‘Public with link’ permissions in Google Drive, read below to see how!<\/p>\n

Apply the desired filter and schedule report<\/h4>\n

Go to GAT+ > Drive > Apply custom filter > Sharing flag contains Anyone in domain\u00a0<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

Next, select Scheduled > <\/strong>choose Occurance<\/strong> time > <\/strong>check Enabled > <\/strong>select Recipients<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once ready, Apply & Schedule<\/strong><\/p>\n

Replace “Public” with “Public with link”<\/h4>\n

To generate a job go to GAT+ > Configuration > Scheduled reports<\/strong><\/p>\n

Next, find the earlier generated report and select Job Action Edit<\/strong> button that can be found on the right side of the scheduled report.<\/p>\n

The Scheduled job details<\/strong> window will appear.<\/p>\n

Select Replace > Replace “Public at domain.com” with “Public at domain.com with link”\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Under Configuration > <\/strong>select Status Enabled<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once all is ready, Save settings<\/strong><\/p>\n
