In the screenshot above we use the example search operators.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><em>In the query field enter for example: <\/em><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><em><strong>\u201cSEO proposal\u201d in:anywhere newer_than:90d<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>When a search is done, if the result cannot be displayed promptly, the search goes into <strong>\u201cPrevious searches \/ Unlock\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>You can access t<strong>hose searches by selecting \u2018<em>Previous searches<\/em> \/ Unlock<\/strong>\u2018.<\/p>\r\n<p>All older or background displayed, fill in the details<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Request access until<\/strong> &#8211; select how long the access to the emails is needed<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Message<\/strong> (optional) &#8211; leave a message to the Security Officer\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Additional permissions<\/strong> &#8211; enable the &#8220;allow removing emails&#8221;, enable if you want to delete the emails from the end-users inbox.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Send request<\/strong> &#8211; click to send the request for approval\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image request if you intend to\u00a0<strong>remove<\/strong>\u00a0the emails rather than just\u00a0<strong>view or download<\/strong>\u00a0them then check the\u00a0<em>\u2018<strong>Allow removing emails<\/strong>\u2019<\/em>\u00a0box.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The Security Officer will have to approve the requests for you to be able to take the below actions.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedure for the Security Officer<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>All Security Officers will get an <strong>email<\/strong> to confirm a request is pending approval.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>If the Security Officer receives an email: <strong>GAT+ Access permission, new request<\/strong> clicks on the link in the email, they will be redirected to the GAT+ class=\"wp-block-heading\">Result after the request is approved\u00a0<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>When you come back to the <strong>Email Content Search<\/strong> tab simply select \u201c<strong>Previous searches \/ Unlock&#8221;.\u00a0<\/strong>New window will be displayed, you will see your searches.<\/p>\r\n<p>When the <strong>Unlock feature is approved<\/strong>, you will see under Status: result by clicking on the &#8220;green checkmark&#8221; under Actions (3).<\/p>\r\n<p>The result of the filter and unlock feature enabled will be displayed.<\/p>\r\n<p>You can view the email content as well as delete the emails 1 by 1 or in bulk.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3>Restore deleted emails<\/h3>\r\n<p>If emails are deleted permanently and done by mistake they can be resoted via the Admin console for 25 days from the day of deletion.<\/p>\r\n<p>The process is explained in <a
