The Admins can create different types of workflows to <strong>Onboard, Offboard, or Modify the users<\/strong> in the domain.<\/p>\n<p>The Conditional flow allows the Admins to create any workflow that will be executed based on different conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, those conditions can be combined to create the workflow you need.<\/p>\n<h2>Create workflow<\/h2>\n<p>Navigate to <strong>GAT+ &gt; Flow &gt; Create workflow\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alternatively, the Conditions can be used in <a href=\"https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/tech-tips\/workflow-triggered-by-an-event-on-users\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Event<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/tech-tips\/recurring-workflows\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Recurring<\/a> workflows<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fill in the details:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Name<\/strong> &#8211; enter a name for the workflow (3)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Type<\/strong> &#8211; select any of the workflow types (4) &#8211; in this case &#8211; <strong>Onboarding\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Conditional flow<\/strong> (5) &#8211; click to proceed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Create a user<\/h2>\n<p>In<strong> &#8220;Create a user&#8221; <\/strong>section (1) fill in the required details.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select the domain (2) &#8211; pick a domain where to onboard the users into<\/li>\n<li>Create a user&#8217;s email template (3) &#8211; select and pick options for the email&#8217;s appearance &#8211; such as first name, dot, last name, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Generate user password (4) &#8211; generate a password for the user\n<ul>\n<li>Send user password &#8211; enable the option to send a password to another user<\/li>\n<li>Password receiver &#8211; depending on the above, an email can be sent to\n<ul>\n<li>Workflow creator<\/li>\n<li>Manager<\/li>\n<li>User private email<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Add new user &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>add the details for the creation of the user directly.\n<ul>\n<li>Add users individually via UI &#8211; <strong>No<\/strong> &#8211;\n<ul>\n<li>Finish the workflow (meaning just create the account as in previous steps)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>If &#8211; <strong>Yes<\/strong> &#8211;\n<ul>\n<li>Change user organization unit &#8211;
