GAT Flow allows Google workspace<\/a> admins to add the title of the user automatically to their Gmail signatures as the user wants to be addressed.<\/p>\n

Create workflow<\/h2>\n

When Flow is launched, click on Create workflow.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Under the Workflow type, <\/strong>key in the name of the workflow, select the Modify<\/strong> option and move forward by clicking Next.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Select user<\/h3>\n

Under\u00a0Search for a user\u00a0<\/strong>select any users you need.<\/p>\n

You can add individuals, groups, or org. units.<\/p>\n

When users are selected click on\u00a0Proceed to actions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To\u00a0Add action<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0Add actions set<\/strong>, please select the plus button shown in the screenshot below accordingly.<\/p>\n

If the process hasn\u2019t been set before, please use\u00a0Add action<\/em>\u00a0button and create the node.<\/p>\n

Select the action Set address me as<\/strong> from the displayed list.<\/p>\n

Once the action is selected, the way the user should be addressed can be implemented.<\/p>\n

Once ready click on Send approval request<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 under the menu on the left<\/p>\n

The workflow will be submitted for approval to the Security Officer.<\/p>\n

Security Officer<\/h3>\n

The Security officer will receive an email notification for approval.<\/p>\n

Once approved, the action will be triggered and the title of the user(s) will be added to their signatures if the Address me as<\/strong> a variable was selected while setting the user’s signature.<\/p>\n
