It<\/ins> is a user management tool part of the GAT+ set of admin tools <ins>that<\/ins> <ins>helps<\/ins> Admins perform multiple automated actions on the<ins> domain<\/ins> users.<\/p>\n<h2>Delay on workflows<\/h2>\n<p>The Admins can add &#8220;delay workflow&#8221; before and after any of the Actions available.<\/p>\n<p>This delay is used to <strong>separate the actions<\/strong> and <strong>when they are run.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Example:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Add email forwarding<\/strong> to selected<strong> delay few days\u00a0<\/strong>then <strong>remove the forwarding<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Below is how this can be done.<\/p>\n<h3>Create workflow<\/h3>\n<p>Navigate to <strong>GAT+ &gt; Flow &gt; Create workflow\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> This delay can be used for <strong>Event <\/strong>and<strong> Recurring workflows<\/strong> too.<\/p>\n<p>Fill in the details for the Workflow type<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Name<\/strong> &#8211; enter a name for the workflow<\/li>\n<li><strong>Description<\/strong> (optional) &#8211; enter a description for the workflow<\/li>\n<li><strong>Type<\/strong> of workflow &#8211; <strong>Modify\u00a0<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Offboard and Onboard can also be selected<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Next<\/strong> &#8211; search for the user (or users) you&#8217;d like to set the forwarding for.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Enter the users<\/strong> individually, by group, or as part of an org. unit, or import them directly via spreadsheet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proceed to actions<\/strong> &#8211; Delays workflow for the specified time. You should also expect a marginal time delay for processing after the delay action.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Count<\/strong> &#8211; enter the value you need<\/li>\n<li><strong>Unit<\/strong> &#8211; select any of the units available\n<ul>\n<li>Minutes &#8211; enter the minutes for the delay<\/li>\n<li>Hours &#8211; enter the hours for the delay<\/li>\n<li>Days &#8211; enter the days for the delay<\/li>\n<li>Weeks &#8211;
