The admins can set up and make multiple automated actions for the users of the domain. The tool allows admins to create and add Gmail labels in bulk to many users automatically.<\/p>\n<h2>Create workflow<\/h2>\n<p>First, navigate to <strong>Flow &gt; Create workflow <\/strong>(1).<\/p>\n<h3>Workflow type<\/h3>\n<p>In <strong>Workflow type <\/strong>fill in the details for the workflow. enter the labels you want to create; you can add multiple Gmail labels in bulk<\/li>\n<li><strong>Label list visibility<\/strong> &#8211; pick the visibility of the labels:\n<ul>\n<li>Show the label in the label list<\/li>\n<li>Show the label if there are any unread messages with that label<\/li>\n<li>Do not show the label in the label list<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Message list\u00a0<\/strong><b>visibility<\/b> &#8211;
