Overview\u00a0<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

GAT+<\/a>\u00a0allows Admins to remove Google profile photos of the domain users.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This can be done for individual users or users in bulk.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Find users\u00a0<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Navigate to\u00a0GAT+\u00a0 > Basic<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Apply a custom filter and find the users you need.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Export the users into Google spreadsheet or download as CSV<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Remove photos<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

In the exported sheet remove the\u00a0PHOTO_URLs<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

When the URLs are removed close the spreadsheet (this will save the changes)<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  • Click on the Import<\/strong> button to add the spreadsheet back with the changes.<\/li>\r\n
  • Click on the checkmark<\/strong> to import the sheet back.<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • You will see the changes Before (URL)\u00a0 and After (none)<\/li>\r\n
  • View changes on the spreadsheet<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Click on\u00a0Accept\u00a0<\/strong>to import the changes back to GAT and GSuite.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Result\u00a0<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    The profile photos will be removed.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
