workflow to remove the contacts of all suspended users in bulk from the contacts of the active users selected for the workflow.<\/p>\n<p>To clean up suspended users&#8217; contact details from active users&#8217; contacts in bulk, just follow the steps outlined below-<\/p>\n<h2>Create workflow<\/h2>\n<p>Navigate to <strong>GAT<\/strong> <strong>Flow<\/strong> and select <strong>Create workflow<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Next, name the workflow accordingly, select workflow type: <strong>Modify<\/strong>, and click on <strong>Next<\/strong> to proceed.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" confirm request to Security officer \" width=\"1024\" height=\"390\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When confirmed, the request is sent to the <strong>Security Officer<\/strong> for approval.<\/p>\n<h2>Security Officer approval<\/h2>\n<p>When the notification email is generated by the system and sent to the Security Officer, it can be reviewed in their inbox.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" from <strong>Scheduled<\/strong> to <strong>Done<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Results<\/h2>\n<p>As a result of the workflow, all the suspended users&#8217; contacts are removed from the targeted users&#8217;
