button to create\/onboard a single user into the domain<\/li>\n<li>use the &#8216;<strong>pencil&#8217;<\/strong> icon on the right-hand side to edit the existing user&#8217;s profile<\/li>\n<li>use the &#8216;<strong>x<\/strong>&#8216; mandatory<\/li>\n<li>Private (secondary) email address &#8211; optional<\/li>\n<li><strong>First name<\/strong> &#8211; mandatory<\/li>\n<li><strong>Last name<\/strong> &#8211; mandatory<\/li>\n<li><strong>Organizational Unit<\/strong> &#8211; mandatory<\/li>\n<li>Assign an Admin role<\/li>\n<li>Suspend user<\/li>\n<li>Show in global directory<\/li>\n<li>Recovery phone<\/li>\n<li>Recovery email<\/li>\n<li>Job title<\/li>\n<li>Employee type<\/li>\n<li>Department<\/li>\n<li>Cost center<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Password<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>set up the user&#8217;s <strong>Password<\/strong> &#8211; mandatory<\/li>\n<li>change password at next login &#8211; optional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gender<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>set Address me as<\/li>\n<li>select Gender<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Groups<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>add the user to the Group(s) and assign them roles within a given group: Member, Owner, or Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Contacts\u00a0<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Phones<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Home<\/li>\n<li>Work<\/li>\n<li>Mobile<\/li>\n<li>etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Addresses<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Home<\/li>\n<li>Work<\/li>\n<li>Other<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Relations<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Admin Assistant<\/li>\n<li>Assistant<\/li>\n<li>Brother<\/li>\n<li>Child<\/li>\n<li>etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>External IDs<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Account<\/li>\n<li>Custom<\/li>\n<li>Customer<\/li>\n<li>Network<\/li>\n<li>Organization<\/li>\n<li>etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Email<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Aliases &#8211;
