This can be achieved in many different ways. One of them is to use Workflow templates with already predefined actions.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/tech-tips\/flow-overview\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GAT Flow<\/a> offers a template that covers several actions we think are helpful for every Admin while offboarding the user to clear the user&#8217;s information. That set of activities is just a template and can be modified as needed.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 1.<\/h2>\n<p>To use the workflow template to clear user info, navigate to <strong>GAT Flow -&gt; Workflow template -&gt; Offboarding -&gt; Clear user info when offboarding<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6504 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Clear-info-1024x308.png\" alt=\"Step 1. To preview the whole set of actions, simply click on the template itself. This template is just a proposal of the actions that can be editable at a later stage for a better fit.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 2.<\/h2>\n<p>The template contains the set of the predefined set of actions to clear user info when offboarding outlined below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Remove email forwarding<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Remove email delegation<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Wipe user calendar<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Remove user from all calendars<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Clear recovery data<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Delete 2-step verification backup codes<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Delete app-specific passwords<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Revoke apps tokens<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Delete user from groups<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Remove user access to files and folders<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Step 3.<\/h2>\n<p>The Admin can use the template to clean user&#8217;s data in two ways:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6506 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Use-template-1024x185.png\" alt=\"Step 3.
