The admins can also view the no. of emails sent and received by any or all users in your domain. This functionality gives a great overview of the emails exchanged internally and externally. Apart from auditing functionality, GAT+ can be used to schedule the users&#8217; email exchanges report as required.<\/p>\n<h2>Find Exchanged Emails and Schedule Report<\/h2>\n<p>Navigate to <strong>GAT+ &gt; Email (1) &gt; User statistics (2) &gt; Summary Statistics (3)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Next, click the <strong>filter (4)<\/strong> icon. A window would pop up.<\/p>\n<p>In the pop-up, change <strong>Type (5)<\/strong> to <strong>Stats By Date Range and Users.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Select the desired <strong>date range (6)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Fill in &#8216;\/&#8217; in <strong>Org. Unit <\/strong>and check box for <strong>Include Sub. Org. (7).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Check the <strong>Scheduled (8) <\/strong>box and then select the <strong>occurrence <\/strong>time. In the example below, the occurrence time is set as &#8216;Every weekend&#8217; to receive the reports every weekend. Other available occurrences are: <em>Once-now, Every day &#8211; this time, Every day &#8211; after midnight, Every weekend, Every first day of the month, Custom, and After every scan.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Check the <strong>Enabled<\/strong> <strong>(9) <\/strong>box to enable the schedule.<\/p>\n<p>Then, choose and select the recipient&#8217;s email who would receive this report in the <strong>Recipients (10)\u00a0<\/strong>field.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, save and schedule the applied filter by clicking\u00a0<strong>Apply &amp; Schedule (11) <\/strong>at the bottom of the pop-up window.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-6595\" src=\"https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Email-filter-in-GAT-935x1024.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"935\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Email-filter-in-GAT-935x1024.png 935w, https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Email-filter-in-GAT-274x300.png 274w, https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Email-filter-in-GAT-768x841.png 768w, https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Email-filter-in-GAT-360x394.png 360w, https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Email-filter-in-GAT.png 1195w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 935px) 100vw, 935px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Results<\/h2>\n<p>The report will be generated and sent to the Recipients specified in the settings every weekend and will contain the report on the no. of emails exchanged in the last week since the last report.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-6607\" src=\"https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/weekly-stats-email-1024x302.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"302\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/weekly-stats-email-1024x302.png 1024w, https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/weekly-stats-email-300x88.png 300w, https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/weekly-stats-email-768x226.png 768w, https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/weekly-stats-email-360x106.png 360w, https:\/\/gatlabs.com\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/weekly-stats-email.png 1500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The report provides an overview of the email sent and received (internally and externally) domain-wide (for every user in the domain). This is because <strong>Org. Unit <\/strong>was set as &#8220;<strong>\/<\/strong>&#8221; and <strong>Include Sub. Org. <\/strong>was also selected. This setup will target <strong><em>top-level (parent) Org. Unit and their child organizational units<\/em><\/strong>.
